Lids had a vision to provide a customer experience that was simple, consistent, and always put the customer first. To help them achieve this, we improved the awareness and consideration portion of the buyer journey with a revamped digital marketing strategy. We became the new agency of record for Lids on all digital marketing right before Black Friday and Cyber Monday, when Lids saw a significant portion of its annual sales.
Our conversion rate optimization team ran tests on various promotional messages to increase conversion rate and revenue. Messaging was A/B tested on the homepage, navigation, product pages, and cart to find the most successful placement for promotions. By including the promotional messaging throughout the user journey, it enticed visitors to continue moving forward to complete their purchase.
